The Concordia Real Estate Club is proud to announce its most awaited event of the year: The 2019 Montreal Real Estate Games!🏙
You will immerse yourself in a full day that is all about real estate! You will get the chance to test your knowledge and develop skills with a challenging case competition! Our fun industry-related games will let you demonstrate your competitive side. To finish the day, you will meet the panel of judges and connect with other students during our networking cocktail.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE⁉️
Any undergraduate student
You will be solving the case and participating in the games in your team. Teams will be of 4 or 5 students.
Once you and your team purchase your tickets, have a representative from your team send us a message on Facebook with the names of the team members and a chosen team name!

🏙MICHAEL ZAKUTA - President & Chief Executive Officer at Plaza Retail REIT
Michael Zakuta is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plaza Retail REIT. Since 1986, he has been working in Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Quebec on shopping centre developments, and has been working with Plaza Retail REIT since its inception in 1999. Michael has participated in over 150 development or re-development deals. Plaza Retail REIT is publicly traded on the TSX and is one of Eastern Canada’s leading retail development enterprises. In addition, they own 280 properties representing over 8,000,000 square feet of GLA.
🏙ROGER PLAMONDON - President of Real Estate Development at Broccolini
Roger Plamondon is a real estate expert with over 40 years of development experience. He is currently the President of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions at Broccolini, where he undertakes securing property, negotiating contracts and developing assets. Before joining the company in 2006, Roger held many executive positions within some of the most prominent real estate companies in North America. Some of these positions include Vice President of Regional Operations and Assistant VP of Development and Legal Affairs. Roger is also a conference speaker, the author of many articles in industry publications, and a former real estate college lecturer.
🏙JEAN-PHILIPPE LE GUERRIER - Chief Financial Officer at Consortium QMD-MÉNARD
Jean-Philippe joined Les Entreprise QMD in 2015 as Director of Finance. With his expertise and determination, he quickly became Chief Financial Officer at QMD-Ménard. He currently works on many real estate projects like the Lum in Brossard (75 million) and the Solstice in Montreal (190 million). Jean-Philippe is also a chartered professional accountant, who started his career with PwC as an auditor. He also worked as a controller and was Director of Special Projects with ColasCanada.
🏙ANDRÉANNE LAVALLÉE - Senior Managing Director at CBRE Group
Andréanne Lavallée has joined CBRE to lead its Valuation and Advisory Services department in Montreal. Her work experience includes appraisals of large real estate portfolios as well as smaller properties in all asset classes. Andréanne has also built an enviable reputation in the field of market research and advisory services. Additionally, she is a regular columnist for the Bulletin Immobilier and a guest panelist at various conferences. In April 2015, Andréanne was named one of the most influential women in Commercial Real Estate in Québec by Premières en Affaires.
🏙CAROLE LAMBERT - Senior Account Manager at National Bank
Carole Lambert helps major actors in the real estate industry finance their projects. Her clients are composed of developers as well as commercial, residential, and industrial property owners. She is part of the real estate group of the National Bank, who has $10 billions worth of assets under their management. Today, Carole is also dedicated to helping students grow within the real estate industry.
